Leaking A/C unit Has been fixed and is drying out. Mold appears to be fluffy and white. Slight odor from the A/C's return vents. 1400 Sq Ft home.

My finished basement had about 5" of water in it & it's showing mold growth on the doors. My furnace area has a bad presence of black mold. One of the sheet rock wall are has given in from the damage. I would say the area 2'x4' were the wall gave in at. There is also wood paneling in all of the basement. The only area that sheet rock is in furnace area. I need a mold removal company!

I have a spot of mold above where my bathroom fan vents into the attic. The spot is on the bottom of the roof sheathing plywood. The spot in question is about 6" across, and there are a few other smaller spots near that area.

Built our home in 2004. Found ants coming from wall near tub, sprayed and opened wall and found black mold. Called builder who stated it was from grout in shower that has fallen out. Builder refusing to fix. Wife has been having trouble breathing, and have a 6 year old with a bad cough. I have drywall piece to replace hole in wall, just want to make sure mold is removed the right way. Please help!!

We noticed a leak in our master bathroom shower. Water has leaked for an unknown period (we just bought the house) into the hallway and possible traveled into the bedroom across the hall. When plumbers came to repair the shower, they found that there is black mold behind the shower walls. I would like someone to survey the damage and locate any more mold that has grown due to this water damage. I am concerned it may even be under the carpet where the water has leaked.

I am considering buying a house but I spent 10 minutes in the house the other day and I could smell the mold in the air and feel it in my lungs. There is a leaking outside shower and I believe the water is dripping into the crawl space below the house. If the mold can be completely removed, I want to buy the house.
